Provider membership (FREE)
If you can provide anything to the film industry you need a Provider profile: Whether you want to be cast, crew or a writer, whether you can provide music, locations or equipment, whether you can direct, produce or edit etc, you need a Provider profile.In fact, even if you are a filmmaker, you should probably have a provider profile because it will give you a better understanding of how the system works.
Filmmaker membership
If you need resources for a current or future film you need a Filmmaker profile: If you are involved in obtaining resources for a film (casting director, producer, independent director etc) a Filmmaker profile will enable you to find everything you need in the most efficient way possible.Post your request and our Provider members who meet your criteria will respond. Note that they cannot contact you or see your profile until you write back to them. You can review their profiles on the system before deciding whether to shortlist or dismiss them.
At some point in the future there will be a fee to activate a Filmmaker membership - mainly to keep out people who are not genuine business users - but if you sign up now it's free.
Want to be in the movies?
Actors ~ writers ~ technicians ~ musicians ~ equipment ~ facilities ~ locations etc. are all needed to make a successful movie.
Everyone has something that film-makers want. You don't need to be a professional to join.
A Provider membership lets you see requests from film-makers and allows you to send an "I am interested" response with a single click.
If you are a film maker...
A Filmmaker membership allows you to post descriptions of what you want and receive responses from active, interested and relevant members with the resources you need.
